1. Products and Services Hold Fast Knives sells premium knives, EDC gear, outdoor tools, kitchen knives, and offers professional blade sharpening services. All products are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Knives are sharp tools and must be handled responsibly.
2. Orders and Payment All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
3. Shipping We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the United States. Standard shipping applies to orders under $99. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
4. Blade Sharpening Services Sharpening is performed to customer specifications. Belt sharpening starts at $8–$14. Stone sharpening is $30 per hour (minimum 1 hour). Same-day service is available for belt sharpening when possible. We are not liable for damage to blades during sharpening if the knife is in poor condition.
5. User Conduct You agree not to use our website for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase knives.
6. Limitation of Liability Hold Fast Knives is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of any knife or sharpened blade. Knives are inherently dangerous tools. Use at your own risk and always follow proper safety practices.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Hold Fast Knives and may not be used without permission.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fresno County, California.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Professional blade sharpening services are non-refundable once the work has been completed. If you are not satisfied with the sharpening result, please contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
